Shipping Area
Touch360™ accepts all local orders and we will sent goods to any location within Singapore and Malaysia by post.
For all overseas customers, do email us at cso@touch360.com.sg for shipping enquiries.

Post Schedule 
Online orders are posted only on business days during office hour 
(this excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
Operating Hours : Monday to Friday, 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m

Types of Shipping
On-line orders are posted within 2 business days from the date of order. We're able to make all home or office post, though post orders will not be processed after 4pm every day.

All orders made on Friday after 4pm will be posted on Monday the following week. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays before 4pm will also be posted on Monday.

Note: However, if you do not wish to have your order delivered using our standard services, please make a note in the comment area of our order  confirmation form.
 

Shipping Charges 

Shipping is FREE for all locations within Singapore and Malaysia.

Overseas customers will have to pay for shipping, taxes and handling charges. Shipping charges is fixed at SGD10.00 per order.
 

Return and Warranty Policy 

We will accept the following items for return:

If for some reason you are unhappy with the product you received, we have a 3-days money-back guarantee return policy. However, this policy only stands if the purchased item is returned unused, in original condition and in the packaging it came with.

To return the product, simply download the Return Merchandise Authorization Form here, fill it up and fax it back to us at +6565151101.  After which, return the item to us within 24 hours and we will process your refund.

We will accept the following items for warranty:

All of our products have our company's 6-months warranty.
If any product displays any manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you're able to return it to us at no cost.
