  1. Do I need to register to make a purchase?
    No, there is no need for you to register in order to make a purchase in our online store. All are welcome, but we encourage customers to register with us to enjoy members' benefits.
  2. Is my personal information shared?
    No. we do not disclose any personal and confidential data obtained through our website to other companies, nor will we sell or otherwise share any of your personal information with any third party without your permission. We take every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, the information is protected both online and off-line.
  3. What currency are the prices listed in?
    The prices quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  4. What is your pricing policy?
    Our advertised prices are inclusive of GST and Shipping charges for Singapore & Malaysia orders. No other additional charges will be added to the final amount. However for international orders, a flat SGD10.00 per order will be imposed.
  5. What are the payment options available?
    Touch360™ provides customers with few payment options: Visa and MasterCard, PayPal & internet banking
  6. Is my payment online secure?
    Our online service provider is PayPal. You will be directed to their website once you choose to pay online. Your financial information is securely stored in PayPal’s server and we will not be able to access your credit card information.
  7. Do you accept orders & delivery services outside Singapore?
    Yes, for the overseas sales, you can email us at cso@touch360.com.sg for your enquiries.
  8. Is there a return policy?
    Yes!    If for some reasons you are unhappy with the product you receive, we have a three days Money-back guarantee if the purchased item is returned unused, in original condition and packaging as received.
    If you would like to return it, simply go to our Shipping and Returns page, fill in our Return Merchandise Authorization Form and submit your request. Within 24 hours, return the item to us and you will receive a 100% refund of the money you have paid.
  9. Is there any product warranty for the mobile phone and accessories?
    Yes, mobile phones have full local manufacturer’s warranty, and accessories have our company's 6 months warranty.
